Buyer Beware in Classified advertising

I am having trouble with a builder I purchased my home from. Would I be exposing myself if I ran an add in the local newspaper classified. I.E. Webber Homes marketed through ABC Realty Agent Joe Smith. Buyer Beware!

You have to be very careful about what you advertise so you do not run afoul of libel laws. If you want to run the ad, start with: "In my opinion....."
