Cease and Desist
We have a former friend that continues to talk to mutual friends about a previous situation. It it causing my husband and I emotional and physical stress. Is there anything legal that can be done to issue a ''gag'' order on this person?

If the person is defaming your character, you can sue for a restraining order and for damages.
