need out of contract

how can i get out of the contract i have with my appartment complex? i feel unsafe.

1. Read the contract you signed. Whatever terms you agreed to, you will have to abide.

2. Talk to the management and see on what, if any, terms they will allow an early departure. Get it in writing.
