co-sign

I co-signed on a loan for a friend to get a car. They haven't been making the payment. I have had to make the payments. Can I sue to get the car back and for payments I had to make

Without seeing the documents, there is no way to know all of your options. You can repossess the car, but may need a court order first. If you are listed as a co-owner, you can take possession of the car, and could even sell it.
