Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Utah
cpa never filed taxes for me
I had an accountant do my taxes for 2006. I got a letter from the IRS saying they were never filed. I tried for 3 weeks to contact the cpa. He said they should of been and will look into it. It has been about 6 weeks later. I call almost everyday and only get voicemail. He is self employed out of his home. What steps should I take next. Since he is refusing to contact me. I also need all of my tax info returned to me.
