Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Utah

Defamation Website
I have a scorned ex-bf who has started a website to tell everyone the 'truth' about me and how I am. I am also the leader of an online gaming group which he used to be part of. Problem is it's not truth. It's exagerrated half-truths and things he has made up that sound good. He has been threatening me via email and msn for many month that he was going to do this and now the website exists. He has been contacting everyone he knows telling them his 'truth' and asking them to sign up over there so they can see more. He's also made threats to visit this state so he can 'have it out' with my bf. This person is currently living in NY. I've contacted the site's hosting company and his isp, but to no avail. Seems no one feels this is important enough to look into. I don't know what to do or how to proceed. Please help.

You will probably need to sue him in NY, where he lives, for defamation and slander.
