Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Utah

My exwife and I have been divorced for over twenty years. During these years she has poisioned my children with hurtful lies and told them they would have to chose between their mother or their father. Needless to say it has caused me much pain and a strained relationship with my now grown children. It came to my attention in the last few days that she has been accusing me of molesting my two daughters when they were children. Both of my daughters have denied these events ever took place. She has never confronted me with any of this, but proceeds to tell anyone who will listen that it is true. I never molested my daughters. Now this poision is being passed to my grandchildren and it is very confusing to them. What are my legal options against this woman?
