Can you file a complaint in federal court pursuant to rule 60B (6) against a credit card company that will not remove a charge off from a credit profile, even though the original signature was a forgery?

If judgment was rendered against you for a credit card debt you have a limit of time to file a rule60(b) objection to that judgment - and that is filed in the same court where the judgment was issued. It sounds like you are wanting to correct a credit report. That is handled differently. You will probably have to sue the credit card company to correct the report.
