Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Utah

I've seen form some websites saying the strange laws in Utah State, one of them is it's illegal to not drink milk in Utah?Is that true?What 's the detail about the code?

There is no such law. I have no idea where you got that information. Utah actually has some of the most modern and progressive statutes in the country unlike many states in the Midwest and South which have many peculiar laws similar to the one you're referring to.
