Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Utah

is it legal for a adult to come on my property and take pictues of my minor 16 year old daughter sitting on our pourch.

Mind you he came on our pourch to do this.

He also is filming threw our windows.

Absolutely not. You can get a stalking injunction against that person. Contact your county Utah District Court.

I agree. He cannot without your permission. Call the cops it is trespassing. You can not only pursue a stalking order, but could sue in civil court for trespass, etc.
