Loss of Income

I am wanting to know if I have a case

and what type of Attorney I need to

talk to about this. I am wanting to sue

the publisher of the yellow pages for

not publishing my listing. The amount

would be a minimum of $100,000.

Assuming you actually contracted with the yellow pages and they failed to print the ad, their liability in their contract limits them to a refund of what you paid, any other damages are excluded.
