Myspace pictures

My sister has a couple of pictures on her myspace account of my children. I want to protect them. What legal rights do I have as a parent to get her to take them off her page? She has also threantened my family as she put it ''I'll mess up your world'', and put my children in danger. Do I have enough for a restraining order and does that order include the use of pictures on the internet?

Yes. You can sue her for invasion of privacy and putting the children at unnecessary risk and ask for a restraining order, plus your attorney fees.
