Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Utah
My neighbor has called every city dept. on me to get me in trouble. None of her accusations have been founded. The city and cops are tired of coming out to investigate her complaints. Even animal control and fire department have been called (on the same day, cops too). She has even written more than one letter to the mayor. At what point is this harassment?
