Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Utah

A neighborhood dog repeatedly showed up on my door step and was returned to the owner on several occasions. On one occurrence the dog ran into my house and bred with my dog. She now appears to be pregnant against our will. I would like the owner to pay for the unwanted pregnancy to be terminated.

Take the action and request payment from your neighbor. If he does not pay, sue your neighbor. The neighbor will argue that it was not his dog that bred yours. You may have to prove that the dog was the father - could be expensive.
