Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Utah
We had paid payments totaling around $4000.00 to a debt relief company. they have filed for bankruptcy. Judgment is to pay us only 25% of what we have paid to them. We still owe the creditors and need back what we were paying to take care of the debts. Is there anything else, any legal recourse we could take? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
