Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Utah
I have payed atleast five thousand to a company to build me my dream motor for my awesome old pickup (It's a 1967 short bed it has a choptop, suicide doors) etc.. Anyway they still haven't done any visible work & I've bought most every part needed, For the longest time now, they rarely if ever answer my calls or when I have told them I would be over to gather my motor ect... "done or not" They are never around, I'm fed up What are my options legally

If you cannot contact them, then your only recourse is to sue them. You can sue in small claims court.
