Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Utah

possesions left behind

Our daughter's friend moved in with us for a few months. When she moved out we told her she had one month to get all her stuff out. She took some stuff, but three months later she still has alot of stuff here that is in the way. What can I legally do with her things so they are no longer in our house?

Give her written notice to get the belongings within xx days if not they will be disposed of by you.
