Restraining Orders

If I am 17 years old can my parents get a restraining order on my 19 year old boyfriend for going to see him without their permission?

I hope so. You need to understand that your parents have your best interests at heart. You are probably running on hormones and do not understand the risks you are taking. Get some counseling and take the advice before you do something which may change your life - and not for the best.
