I I sold a guy a car, with a written contract that he would make 3. Monthly payments until the car was paid off, he is 20 dayslate on his first payment, and will not pay. What should I do? I am the lien holder on the title

The contract should have included provisions in the event he defaults. Follow those. Since he is late, go get the car.
