Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Utah

Sold item not picked up

I just sold a stroller on a online classifieds site. I had a bunch of problems with the couple I sold it to wanting the money back because they couldn't afford it and telling me they were going to stop payment on the check and bring it back to me. I had already cashed the check and spent the money which I didn't have to give back to them at the time. I came home one evening to find the stroller on my porch soaked from sitting in the rain. They contacted me again and I informed them not it was now soaked from them leaving it outside and I had already told them I couldn't take it back and that they could come pick it up . They informed me they would be down in a day or two to pick it back up, it has now been over two weeks and I have not heard anything from them I don't have room to store the stroller anymore and we are moving in about a month and I don't want to haul it with me. How long by law do I have to hang on to the item if they wont come get it?
