Storage unit liability
we had our stuff in a rented storage unit the unit has a drain pipe so the roof can drain water off.
it leaked and got our stuff wet and ruined it. is the owner of the unit liable to reimburse us for our losses since it was a structeral cause?

Possibly, it will depend on the written rental agreement you signed with the storage company.
