I am the primary account holder on a cell phone account with 2 lines. I have been told to see texts on the 2nd phone I have to subpoena the records. What does this involve? How much money and how do I proceed?

Re: subpoena texts
As the primary holder you should be allowed to see all of the texts. To get a suboena you need a filed court case.
