i had a case in about 99 there was a plea bargain from forgery to attempte forgery the state of utah ha it marked as 2 fellonies instead of the agreed attempted misdemeanor wich was a agreed called and they are not willing to do anything about it is there a case on the state of utah for breach of contract

Probably not, but you might be able to get the charges and conviction amended if we can prove that you entered into the agreement. This might be possible. Also if you get the conviction amended, you can have it expunged if you have kept your record clean. Call for more info.
