I am being sued in small claims court. I have subpeoned the plantiff to supply me with the financial documentation through subpeona duces tecum i also stated in the subpeona to have the plantiff mail me the required documentation prior to the date of court. my question, They did not comply to the subpeona or the deadline given to them to supply me with the paperwork, what is my next step? and can i legally request that they supply me with the same information i subpeoned prior to court

Send a letter demanding production within a short period. If they refuse, file a motion to compel with the small claims court. However, the court does not have to compel production. If you lose because they do not produce the documents, then you can appeal to the district court where you can get discovery.
