Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Utah

I have been supported financially by someone for almost 2 years. Apparently he is married. He would give me money every month so I wouldn't get a job and has bought me a car in his name that I have been driving since January. He is threatening to take it everything away. Can he just take a car that he has given me away even though it is in his name?

Are you serious? Unless you have the car in your name or unless you have a written signed contract giving you rights in the car, you have no rights to it.

You should run from this two timing corrupt person, and do not look back. You should also get counseling - and a job.
