Legal Question in Health Care Law in Utah
I got a call from my dentist today saying that the state's prescription drug monitoring program asked him if wrote 8 rx's for Lortab for me. He told them that he didn't write them. He called me to give me a heads up of what happened. I am very scared, and don't know what I should do. I am an optometrist and married with 3 kids. Will I lose my license to practice?

If you wrote Rx without authorization you could be in trouble - big trouble. You should call for a free consultation, so you can do some preventative damage control.
