Legal Question in Health Care Law in Utah
Is it against the law for a man to pull of a condom during sex when the woman has clearly stated to leave it on the whole time? This happened to me last night. I didn't even know he did that until it was over (it was in the dark and it was over in a matter of minutes). This happened in Utah. Also I don't have money for Plan B emergency contraception (I'm not on birth control because of health problems) and he said he would pay for it but now he's avoiding me. I contacted the police department here but they said there wasn't anything they could do.
I'm not sure what kind of law this would apply to.

There really isn't anything you can do if the police aren't willing to do anything. Technically, the moment sexual intercourse becomes non-consensual, it could be considered rape, but I doubt this sort of situation would be prosecuted. Should you become pregnant, you have options of what you can do that are your personal choice but should you decide to not terminate the pregnancy, the father will certainly have to be financially responsible with you in supporting the child.
