Legal Question in Health Care Law in Utah
I recived a letter in the mail today about being sewed by a hospital for some unpaid bills. I have tried to work out with the collection agency with payments that I can afford but they did not want to work with me with the payments I wanted to make. What can I do?

If it is a letter you can still try to work with them. If they sue you the attorney that represents them can usually work out a payment plan with you. Make sure they know you are willing to pay, but you need them to be flexible. You can always claim you are going to file for bankruptcy but they hear that a lot.
