Legal Question in Immigration Law in Utah
I'm 18 and my Mother already applied for Legal Residents, when i was 16 and I'm planning to get married with my girlfriend that was born in USA, will that make my process start all over? Or will it just stay like it is right now

If you get married, it will bump you into a lower category for purposes of your mother's I-130 petition.
If you marry a U.S. citizen, your spouse can petition you for a greencard immediately. However, at your age, there might be an issue with your spouse's Affidavit of Support. Also, marriage cases involving two very young spouses are often viewed as potential marriage-fraud cases, so I would highly recommend obtaining legal representation by an experienced Immigration Attorney if your potential spouse plans on filing for your "greencard".
