can a 46 year old marry a 14 year old girl in El Salvador
Hi, I want to petition for my wife but she is 14 we were married in El salvador. Can I still petition for her in the U.S.

No. The marriage must be recognized by local authorities, and there is no situation in Texas where it is legal to marry a 14 year old. You will only get yourself arrested.
