i am a gaymen on visa in us. can i avoid deportation if i marry a guy in us?

No, you can not. The US immigration laws do not, at this time, recognize gay marriage. You will need to explore other options at this time, including work based and the possiblity of asylum.

If you are from a muslim or staunch Catholic country....asylum would be your best bet !!!!
