Gree Card

My Brother who is a united states citizen applyed for my husband my daughter my son and I to resive our Green Card and we got approved i have bin waiting for a couple years now. How long do you have to wait to get you green card if you are already approved.

This is a 2 part process: the brother files an I-130 petition for alien relative. The filing date establishes the priority date. That may well have been approved a couple years ago, but this is a 4th preference family based petition and there is a long backlog for visa availability. You are not eligible to take the 2nd step -- which is either file for adjustment of status if you are eligible and in the US, or file for your immigrant visa is you are outside the US -- until your priority date is "current," that is, you have waited through the baglog. The Dept of State each month publishes the Visa Bulletin, which tells you the priority date now being processed.
