Legal Question in Immigration Law in Utah
green card for child of lawful perminant resident
Fiance visa for mother resulted in marriage and she now has green card. Daughter came at age 17 and cannot obtain a qualified U.S. sponsor - she is now 19, has been in U.S. since July 4, 2005, and has graduated high school in U.S. Can we get a green card and work permit for her?

When the marriage of the mother took place, since the daughter was under 18 at that time can be sponsored directly by the US Citizen step dad. She should have had greencard by now!!!!
