We married in 2010. Got Green Card in 2012. Want a divorce. Will that effect green card status if we get divorced?

You don't specify if you received a two year or ten year green card. Either way, a divorce should not harm your immigration situation, but it will change it. I suggest you consult with an attorney to discuss your situation in full.
