Legal Question in Immigration Law in Utah

I meet a guy online from Mexico. We would like to get married. We want to live in the US. I live in Utah. We want to get him here legally. How do I start this? How long dose it take. What do we need.

Has he ever been in the United States before? You can start the process one of three ways. The first involves marrying him in Mexico and going through Consular Processing to bring him to the US. Or you may bring him here as a fiance but your must marry him within 3 months. Then, you can apply for him to receive his greencard while he is in the US. Additionally, you may marry him in Mexico and apply for him to receive a K3 visa to come into the US, then apply for his green card once he gets here.
