Legal Question in Immigration Law in Utah

petitioning a step-child

How do I go about petitioning a visa

for my husbands daughter who is

living in Mexico with her mom. My

husband and his son are living here

with me in the US and both have

their Permanant Resident status.

They came here on a Fiance visa and

later changed their status. Now we

wish to bring his daughter. Any help

is appreciated.
