Legal Question in Insurance Law in Utah
I was in a car accident. the other driver was a fault, their insurance company agreed to only us used parts on the car. do i have a legal right to have new parts put on my car?

Yes, unless there is a restriction in your policy. You also have the right to select the repair shop. Get bids from the shops with whom you want to do business.
