Legal Question in Insurance Law in Utah
Dealing with Insurance Company
What are my legal rights dealing with the other driver's insurance company? There was no collission insurance on my car so my insurance company won't help with my claim. The other driver's insurance company has contacted me once briefly. I tried calling the claims adjuster with bad results. He was very negative and said that another adjuster would conntact me in one or two days. That was over a week ago. What can I do now?

Re: Dealing with Insurance Company
Get a bid from someone qualified to repair the car and send a copy to the agent or the claims office. Demand payment immediately. If they do not pay, you may have to sue them.
