Legal Question in Insurance Law in Utah

What can I do about my Insurance Company ?

To whom it may concern,

I was involved in a car accident over three months ago. The accident wansn't my fault, but a lot of negligentia was involved, and I was the one blaimed for it. I tried to fight back, impossiable, since I did not receive the proper help, as my health conditions caused by the accident. My car was damaged severely, my insurance, decided to fix it, but did not receive my autorization for it. It's been 3 months I don't have a car, my car is not repaired properly, the insurance company have not paid any of my medical bills, nor my lost of wage claim, the Body Shop wants me to pick it up my car, even the fact that its not properly repaired, and wants me to pay storage fees. Please help me, I am desperate ! I have the State of Utah w/ me but I don't know how that can help me ? If possible, please write me back. Thank you

Re: What can I do about my Insurance Company ?

You should begin with contacting the State of Utah Insurance Division and asking for their help with your Insurance Company. They cannot do anything about your car, however, they can required the insurance company to respond to your complaints. As for your car, you have a right to get your car properly repaired and for the insurance company to pay for it. You will likely have to go to court to get an judgment against both the repair facility and the insurance company. This is probably bigger than a small claims case. You will probably want legal assistance.

Call me to discuss this at no charge.
