Insurance fraud
We had a workers compensation insurance company that falsified documents that in turn caused my boyfriend to lose his employment. Is there anything that we can legally do to the insurance carrier?

Re: Insurance fraud
Sue WC for your boyfriend's loss of wages and any other damages he incurred. There may be criminal implications as well, for which you need to talk to the State AG's office.
