My minor child gave another minor (licensed) child permission to drive my car in my absense. The other child caused damage to another car in my driveway belonging to someone else. Who pays?

Utah has no fault insurance, and each owner contacts their insurance company for repairs. Ultimately the child who caused the damage is responsible (or his parents)
