Legal Question in Insurance Law in Utah
medical insurance
recently, (feb 07) aquired new medical insurance. Did not disclose something about my daughter, a past incident that happened two years ago. Now insurance company is requesting full release of all medical records with regard to something completely unrelated. I'm concerned that they will see this other situation. Can I go to jail for not fully disclosing?
