Legal Question in Insurance Law in Utah
Uninsured Driver Accident Borrowed Car
A friend of mine borrowed a car we do not drive and do not have covered on our insurance policy.
The friend does not have insurance as a driver and rear ended another car.
What liability do I have for this accident as the owner of the car that he wrecked?

Re: Uninsured Driver Accident Borrowed Car
If you lent your car, knowing that it was uninsured, to your friend, you probably have some liability for the damages, as well as your friend.
