Artist representative agreement/contract. Where and which?

We are an organization looking for an artist reping agreement or contract.

This agreement needs to protect the organization representing the works

of a variety of skills including: painters, scupltors, stone workers, stain glass

artists etc. We find projects and the artists find projects. We protect their

position and give the artist first right of refusal on projects they bring to the

table. Projects we bring to the table, we have rights to distribute assignments to

the appropriate artist as we see fit. The artist has to his or her disposal other

services they can provide through our organization such as fund-raisng,

concept renderings, cerimony organization etc. Bottom line we rep their work

and distribute it the artist uses our organization to promote their name, aquire

assignments and has to option to offere a complet service from design to

dedication. Thank you!
