Copyright infringement cases are almost exclusively related to the person(s) duplicating a work or selling a work without authorization. If you are aware that what you are purchasing is illegal you could be on the hook as well. That being said, if you are not purchasing it, redistributing it, or downloading it, (but just viewing it on youtube) you are going to be fine.

As the other attorney states, if you are just viewing something on youtube that is copyrighted (and not downloading - which would be copying; etc.) you haven't duplicated or sold a copyrighted work. Consult with an attorney in your area for specific advice.
