i have a back injury at work,im a part time worker with no benefits,its a month my back is still in pain,should i sue or what do i do?

Demand your employer provide you medical care under Workman's Compensation. Your employer is required to keep you insured. If they do not have Workman's compensation, you must go see a doctor. You may have to sue them. You may call for a free consultation.
