Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah
District manager & manager swear I quite management because I dislike Dr
I managed an office that this Dr worked in. My mother is very ill so I stepped down to help take care of her 5 years ago and worked in a different Dr. office owned by the same company partime. This Dr. is responsible for providing Dr coverage for this office too and has worked occasionally there. The district manager and manager have told the higher ups I told them I left the first office because I couldn't work with the Dr and are trying to establish that he is a bad Dr. to work for. They were at my office one time and were ragging on this Dr and I may have agreed with them, but really had no real problem with this Dr. The Dr called and asked if I would write a letter about how I felt about him. I am afraid these people over me will make my life miserable. I am on a leave of absence right now taking care of mom with hospice and don't want to loose my job!

Write a short and carefully worded statement that expresses your core opinion. Do not elaborate. For example write: "I do not have a problem working with Dr." OR whatever you opinion is.
