employee work stations
is it illegal not to give an employee of a small retail buisness a place to sit while at work?

An employer needs to provide reasonable accommodations for employees. If the employee has a medical condition requiring the employee to sit, then the employer needs to provide a place to sit. However, there are jobs which by their nature do not allow the worker to sit, so there is no chair law.
