Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah
My employer was deducting too little from my paychecks for health insurance since August of 2009. He is now saying I must re-pay 4,400 dollars over the next 12 months or sign an employment agreement and extend it to 24 months. This is a very large amount of my paychecks. I am wondering how responsible he is for the mistake or am I 100% responsible.
