Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah

My employer hasn't scheduled me in two months, but I'm still technically employed there. When I applied for state assistance my benefits went down because they counted that job as income. Whenever I ask the scheduling manager about my hours she says about 60% of the store is in the same position as me and there's just not enough hours to go around. But I'm sure if you have schedules pulled for the last two months it would be the same group of people working all the time. We were all hired at the same time (we opened the store) and all of us hired for part-time hours. The company is a large well known corporation so I didn't expect this kind of treatment or problems with the scheduling. What can I do here?
